Frequently Asked Questions

Orders & Shipping
  • How long does delivery take?
    • We ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 days internationally and 3–5 days domestically. You'll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    • Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    • If your order hasn't shipped yet, reach out immediately via our contact page and we'll do our best. Once it's on its way, we can't make changes.

Returns & Exchanges

  • What is your return policy?
    • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Sale items are final.
  • How do I start a return?
    • Contact us through the contact page with your order number and reason. We'll guide you from there.
  • Do you offer exchanges?
    • We don't process direct exchanges — return your item and place a new order for the size or piece you want.

Sizing & Fit

  • How do I find my size?
    • Check the size guide on each product page — measurements are in inches and refer to the garment, not your body. If you're between sizes, size up.
  • Do your clothes run true to size?
    • Our pieces have a relaxed, easy fit. The size guide is the most reliable reference. Still unsure? Contact us and we'll help.

The Craft

  • Where are your clothes made?
    • Designed with intention, hand block printed by artisans in India using carved wooden blocks. Small batches, made carefully.
  • What does hand block printed mean?
    • Each piece is printed by hand using wooden blocks carved by artisans. Every impression is slightly different — that's not a flaw, it's the point. No two pieces are exactly alike.
  • What fabric do you use?
    • 100% organic cotton, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Breathable, kind to skin, and it softens with every wash.
  • How do I care for my pieces?
    • Hand wash or machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Lay flat to dry or hang — avoid the dryer. The colours will stay truer for longer.

The Brand

  • What does Asagga mean?
    • Asagga is the Sanskrit word for non-attachment. We make beautiful clothes for everyday life — not to preserve, not to save for special occasions. To wear, freely.
  • Are you a sustainable brand?
    • We use 100% organic cotton, work with small artisan workshops, and produce in small batches to avoid waste. We don't make claims we can't back up — but every decision is made with care.
  • How do I stay updated on new pieces?
    • Join our email list — we send new arrivals and the occasional story. No noise, no spam.
